Abstract:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) have become transformative technologies reshaping industries, governance, healthcare, education, and everyday decision-making. By enabling systems to learn from data, adapt to new patterns, and support or even automate complex decision processes, AI and ML have altered the traditional paradigms of decision science. This paper examines the role of AI and ML in decision-making, evaluates their benefits, challenges, and limitations, and discusses the future scope of their application in both individual and organizational contexts.
